Fairmount Water Works

Tour the Historic Fairmount Water Works

Join us on our exciting offsite Plenary as we tour Philadelphia’s national historic landmark, the Fairmount Water Works. The Fairmount Water Works was at one time the sole water pumping station for the City of Philadelphia. Led by Fred Tutman, the only African American Waterkeeper in the country, attendees will have an opportunity to learn more about the role that equity plays in water decisions from some of the leading water utility thought leaders in the industry.

Buses will depart the venue hotel at 7:45 am and return to the hotel at 10:30 am. Tour participants must be registered for the Shades of Green Forum to join the tour.
